A Few of Our Previous Workshops:
ECO DYEING
Eco-dyeing involves binding fresh plants in the fabric and creating leaf prints through a steaming process. We use local leaves that are high in tannins, such as maple and oak, as well as some fun ones such as smokebush and eucalyptus. No two ecoprints are ever the same! In the class, we make silk scarves, as well as other fabrics that can be incorporated into sewing projects. |
